Three high school students have taken initiative to bring cultural education to their community, founding a new nonprofit organization called The Culture Education Organization. Laylonee Perez, Emma Fosseneuve, and Easton Crum, the inspiring leaders behind this endeavor, have impressed their school and community with their vision, passion, and commitment to making a difference. Leadership in Action
At the head of the organization is Laylonee Perez, serving as President and CEO. Laylonee has been a driving force behind the organization’s mission and direction, bringing her leadership skills to every aspect of its operations. Her passion for cultural education sparked the idea for the organization, and her vision has brought it to life. Through her guidance, the team has set clear goals and strategies for their programs, paving the way for meaningful change.
As the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Emma Fosseneuve plays a vital role in shaping the organization’s outreach and engagement efforts. Emma’s strengths lie in her creativity and her ability to turn ideas into action. With her natural charisma and commitment to community building, Emma ensures that each event and program reflects the organization’s mission, making every interaction impactful and memorable. Easton Crum, the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, brings essential financial management and planning skills to the organization. Easton’s attention to detail and strategic thinking have enabled the group to budget and allocate resources effectively, setting the organization up for stability and growth.
